Delivery Time
Normally for most parts without decal and logo, we will finish and ship in 3-4 days. For some special requirements order, we will contact you to inform you estimate delivery time. 

Shipping
You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. Normally to save shipping cost, we will send some products such as carbon wheel, frame and bike by EMS(Express Mail Service). For countries that EMS can not arrive, if the package is not urgent for you, we recommend you to choose China Post Air Parcel shipping to avoid volume weight problem. For urgent purchase, please kindly send us Email for more suitable suggestion for you.

We guarantee the quality of our products, for carbon wheel, the using life is more than 10000km. For other carbon products, we have 2-year quality warranty.

Returns & Replacements
During warranty period, we promise free replacement for any defectives under proper use, shipping cost will be shared half/half. After the guarantee period, we still would like to make free maintenance, only charge the cost of the parts. And clients afford the shipping cost.

How can I check my order? it is very easy, please just click "My Account" to check your order details.

Updating Account Information
Please just click "My Account" to update your account information.
In your cheapcarbonbike.com account,you can see all the orders you made including full information: shipping address, shipping method, payment information, also items ordered. You can also print an invoice by yourself.

When the status of your order is updated, It will also show in your account. The tracking number will be submitted to your account after we ship out your package. You should also receive a email from cheapcarbonbike.com including tracking number and links.
